餐厅没有后厨。一个有些憨直的，像菩萨一样的小哥，打开一个塑料保鲜盒，夹出一撮泡好的青菜。！第一道小菜上桌了。小哥在方寸之地旋转腾挪，用一口灶，一个案板，和各式保鲜盒，完成了今天的十道小菜，竟还挺有模有样的。味道纤细、平和、优雅，只是比起&ldquo;酒肴&rdquo;，我更愿意称之为&mdash;&mdash;&ldquo;熟的海鲜&rdquo;。店主竹内武惠，在吧台的另一头忙活。是一位短发的温柔姐姐，笑起来如沐春风。她一边跟客人闲聊，一边稳定地输出寿司，有一点家常的温馨感。副厨小哥人也很好，仔细看顾着每一桌。虽然不合胃口，但无论如何讨厌不起来这家店的人。食材，时灵时不灵的。有些挺好，有些就特别差。总的来说，不值两个人四万七的价格。
